As most of you will know, shortly after buying the van April 2024, it was back on eBay by multiple scammer accounts trying to make a quick £££ listing it for cheap.
It was reported by members on here and eventually removed. I raised a police crime number and was told to get a private plate.
May 2024, i began searching. I found a plate i liked and requested to buy it off DVLA, but was told I couldn't buy it directly and had to include it in one of their Auctions.
Aftwr 8 months, the plate went into January's Auction and was set to end on my Birthday. As soon as the Auction started, someone else bid on it....I was gutted, having waited so long for it. I left it running, as I was away In Wales with minimal signal. The 14th came so I clicked on the Auction.....lots of bids!
I bid my maximum amount and was outbid, so I told the mrs I didn't want it and that I'd look for something else.
3 hours later, we pulled up on the camp site and she surprised me saying she had bid again and won!
So here it is.

Yes, I 100% don't care!
My hairline will suggest that I'm old enough to accept the slap on the wrist if I'm ever stopped.
This is my third reg plate and I've never been pulled for one . I do have the correctly spaced plates in the van too.
