P0299 underboost issue , broken pipe!

got the dreaded flashing coil of light come on and gone into limp mode.
quick carista scan gave the below.
150ps manual MY 2017 CXHA

Basic OBD2:
P0299 (Pending) - Turbocharger/Supercharger "A" Underboost Condition
P2279 (Pending) - Intake Air System Leak

Engine:
18874 - Intake Air System Leak
23957 - Turbo/Super Charger Underboost
25958 - Turbo/Super Charger Underboost

Quick look under the bonet and I found this!! Hoping its a case of just needing a new piece of egr pipe! currently waiting for RAC but not sure what they will be able to do!

is that the front EGR pipe . . .

i just had mine replaced on the drive way under the "ALL-IN" warranty.

Yep broken clean off on the RHS.
times like these I wish had had gone the VW assist all in route!

so RAC were great, they went to TPS got the new pipe and fitted it at the side of the road and was on my way!
