You have never showed us the final result.Yes, I set that one and byte 10 you suggested earlier to get it all working before trying the key adaption
Isn't there one a few posts up --> https://www.t6forum.com/threads/power-closing-sliding-door-retrofit.15143/post-265903If anyone has an admap from a factory elec slider it would be welcome, I’m sure there are a couple posted around so will have a search
Try @Deaky 's and if no luck I will pull mine and post it here.If anyone has an admap from a factory elec slider it would be welcome, I’m sure there are a couple posted around so will have a search
What is your BCM?I remember a long time before I started this I was at TPS with the sales manager looking through etka/BCMs and mine didn’t show the PR codes for elec door, he seemed to think it would need changing and that is why I initially shelved the idea, it’s still quite feasible it won’t work with my standard BCM, there are loads listed on etka and I still do t fully understand the logic/colour codes behind them yet as they all have the same part number
Have added that into the coding comparison and virtually identical to my current coding, all differences accounted forNot sure if this is any help - a scan of an early T6 (MY16) in the UK - has left and right electric sliders.
---> RNS510 bluetooth
Part No SW: 7E0 937 090 HW: 7E0 937 090
Component: BCM PQ25 Max4 H80 0736
Correction, mine is(was) older than yours, HW80 SW0733According to my knowledge your BCM is definitely compatible with electric sliding doors on both sides.
Actually mine factory fitted BCM is identical to yours.
If coding/adaptations tweaks fail I am happy to post my BCM over to you for testing purposes.
The only condition is that I need it back (for my experiments ).
Just charging my laptop then I’ll scan them for youSo back on this tonight, i had a chat with Loz today and we came up with a minor idea to try
When adapting new keys you hold down the unlock button to pair it to the van so i deleted all my keys and when adapting the new remote fob i used to new side door button instead of the unlock button and it successfully added the key, turns out it didnt make any difference and the side door still wont open from the fob but i have proven the van is receiving and interpreting the signal from this button
Following on from that im now thinking the van is receiving the signal but either doesnt know how to interpret it or its not getting passed along the chain, i have investigated the door control module 0D and although it has no coding it does have adaption values and i note that channel 0 is 'clear learned values' exactly what BCM channel 0 says which clears existing keyfobs so possibly i need to clear door module but im hesitant as i have way to add anything back in !
Thoughts gents ?
ps I could still do with a couple BCM admaps from factory fit elec doors to compare i currently only have @Deaky to look at
pps i could do with some door module admaps/block maps to compare also
