Price of diesel in your area?

I thought it is possible. park up. Go into Kiosk pay for x amount on litres of fuel, go back fill up, pump cuts off when you get to the pre paid for volume.

Fist time I went to California in 1990 this is how it worked so surely we have the tech.
Trouble is the outlets make their profit on shop sales, so I'm lead to believe.

I would have thought that impulse purchases were less likely that way, don't want to be wandering round a shop when you are wanting to pay to fill, but once you have filled and go to pay, then all the urgency has gone and you can block the pump to your heart's content!

Great assessment! Yep, we have the tech but elect not to use it!

Unfortunately, I suspect the number of “drive aways” will increase!

Sainsburys near me is cheapest at £1.54, most expensive is £1.66. I live in north London (Enfield Borough) so surprised that prices are cheaper here!

£1.59 at tesco near me in Notts. Only managed to get ¾ of a tank at the pay at the pump before i hit the £99 limit

I always pay at the pumps when I can, so sort of do. Unless the forecourts have the hardware, that's not really possible.

I filled up at Sainsburys in Shrewsbury today at 152.9. On my way up, Applegreen in Church Stretton was 153, on the way back, 3 hours later it was 168
Applegreen in Church Stretton has been one of the cheapest around, I guess they have just filled there tanks thats some jump.

Glad i haven't just got a bloody huge motor home doing 15mpg , lots of driveway holidays for that crowd this year if it keep rising

i can’t remember the price if fuel at the moment it’s going up so fast.

At least I will save some money to pay for it as I won’t be spending any on Nestle products until their change their policy in Russia.
