Price of diesel in your area?

It’s now 165.9 at Morrisons Chape-en-le-Frith.

It’s almost going up as fast as my pension value is going down ! I know pensions are a long term investment but is it eye watering how much they have lost recently.
 
One of my colleagues has a Jaguar i pace which has been in the dealers with a fault since November. They gave her a Range Rover as a courtesy car. So far she’s submitted diesel receipts to them for just shy of £1500.
 
We have a fuel station, just had a delivery of diesel that cost £1.9478 so it will be about £1.999 on the board (premium diesel).

Some suppliers cannot give a price until we have it in the ground. how can we survive like this!
We cannot compete with supermarkets that buy their fuel in bulk months in advance.
I can see a lot of small companies going under, then what will happen when all the big companies have the market?

£1.63 for diesel @ Tesco in Cardigan, Wales today. £1.66 Morrison’s Aberystwyth. Saw a rural Petrol station at £1.90, a few Texaco garages at over £1.70
 
I filled up to the brim 2 weeks ago, something I don't normally do, thinking some places may run out and paid £1.46 per litre. Need to fill up again tomorrow. Looking at some of these prices I'll be lucky if I get it for £1.60 which in itself is a 10% increase in just 2 weeks. This is getting wild and I'm wondering where it will end up? I heard that the prices we're seeing today are not yet influenced by Russia's actions in Ukraine due to the way the suppliers pay in advance so god knows where we'll be in another couple of weeks.

First off I am OK! Understandably, I am a little shaken this morning. I was robbed at the fuel station near our house. After my hands stopped trembling, I managed to call the police. The whole thing was caught on camera. The officers were quick to respond and calmed me down, explaining that this is happening all over the city. My money is all gone but I am alive, that’s all that matters. The police asked me if I knew who did it.

I said yes.…."It was Pump No 2" ;)

I went past a garage this morning that had increased it's diesel overnight by 6p per litre, and that's after Mr Sunak reduced it by 5p. :oops:
