Diesel at my local garage was £1.64 this morning, and £1.71 when I drove past this evening.

Local Sainsbury in Nairn Highlands is 153.9
Feeling good about having an iD4 on the drive right now but will need to get the van filled soon enough. Certainly been picking up the keys to the iD rather than bimble about in the van this week.

159.9 at Morrisons in Chapel-en-le-Frith today. Seems to be going up 2p every 24hrs.

Just about to get my van out of storage so filling up with diesel is going to be quite the shock after several months driving my EV for less than £2 a week. May end up staying more locally this year for our weekends away to cut down on costs.

Marlow, Bucks.
£1.80 at the Shell and £1.63 at BP.
I happened to be in Waterlooville yesterday and it was £1.52 at Sainsbury.

Whispers... since you ask.... diesel $1.76 a litre in central Victoria Australia. Still seems to have gone bloody expensive out here but it looks really punishing in the UK.
However I don't think we will be behind for long.

Filled the truck up at Michaelwood Services this morning.
Glad I don’t have to pay.
That's my Local, and my sneaky motorway junction :) but always been 20p more than the A road garages around here..
how far can you go on that amount of fuel?

So you can still get in and out through the back entrance.
I went to Hanworth on the outskirts of that London with a full load of milk (28,000 ltrs) and returned with around three quarters of a load of cream (18,000 ltrs) I then topped it back up with another 200 quids worth in the garage on the A419 near Cricklade on my way back to the yard at Stonehouse. I would imagine it's doing somewhere between 8 and 10 to the gallon, that's around the average for most trucks.

I know where you mean in Stonehouse, they are one of my customers... (We monitor all the IT in production)

If you paint the trailer green, with a catchy slogan about emissions on it, and make the roof sloping down toward the tractor unit, it uses almost no diesel and is environmentally friendly!

1 AUD to GBP = 0.5609 = 0.98 pence a ltr
