I had an Aurora fitted several months ago, the sliding roof panel has dropped below the headlining, as my local fitter is away on holiday, I contact skyline direct, it turns out there are clips and crevice for the clip missed out to hold the roof panel in place, and they offered to send the parts out. Hmm not much use to me as I can't fit and I suspect that would invalidate the warranty. I appreciate its the fitters responsibility but as I have a 5 week wait until he returns from holiday, I had hoped they might have offered to resolve the issue, living fairly close, but there's been no offer, just wait until the fitter is back. Can't say i'm currently impressed.
