(Solved) Van won't start after work on the wiring under the passenger seat.

Maybe this has been mentioned and I have missed it.
Can you use one jump cable, clamp one end on the engine block(or any exposed engine solid piece of metal) and the other end on battery negative terminal?
And then attempt to crank your engine.

Just tried that and no joy.

When the ignition is switched ON but isn't started I hear a little buzz when I'm near the engine compartment, like a taser sound, is that normal or could this be the fault?

Well the new battery is coming on Tuesday, couldn't justify paying the high prices locally £150 extra ECP wanted for the same battery I ordered online!

I have checked the starter relays out of the van with a multimeter and they were working as they should with a voltage applied..

I also tried the van with a battery my neighbour has that seemed to have decent charge in it but still had the same result.

Did a few more tests and I have power at the following fuses: SC23 Starter relays, SC38 Ignition supply to key, SC39 Ignition starter.
I also have power at SC56 BCU starter feed when the key is turned.
I am going to see if I can work out how to test for power coming from the starter relays tomorrow I think.

I have ordered a new battery as this one seems to be draining anyway, I charged it overnight to get the following readings from when the key is turned from ON to START.

I have found the problem, I thought about the wiring loom under the seat, wondering if I had sliced a wire by accident or something under the rubber carpet, I had, and had wrapped it back up in tape, joined it back together and it started right up!

I'm going to solder and heat shrink it now.

Thanks to everyone for all the help, I think I still would have needed a new battery so will still fit that when it gets here.
