So what you are saying is I may as well risk it with a vw dealership and have the back up if any of the above were to happen , rather than a ‘premium ‘ aftermarket company
No, I would rather have one of the 3 mentioned in the post above fit rather than a VW main dealer, and without putting words in @Insert Coin 's mouth is what he is saying also.So what you are saying is I may as well risk it with a vw dealership and have the back up if any of the above were to happen , rather than a ‘premium ‘ aftermarket company

Those pics above are pretty shocking , they clearly haven’t done an alignment on it ... probably the toe was way out to cause that much damage / wear in that little time .
But this is the dilemma I’ve got ... if I get a reputable company to fit the vw eibach coilovers and it still voids the warranty , it’s pointless paying a premium for them . May as well get the csr H&R / Koni set up , as this is basically what I’m after ( better ride and 40mm lower ) I have the eibach 30mm springs on which I had vw fit before I bought the van and I can already feel they are pretty crap . But I did get them basically for free , as I haggled the price of the van down a bit
I made changes to my focus St and asked ford for clarification. The said it was ok and wouldn't void warranty.Must be different in VW land then , as in Porsche world if you change anything it voids the warranty . Even if it has nothing to do with what went wrong , fitting anything other than Porsche stuff even down to the battery voids the lot . Crazy
