T32 - 20" Wheels fitment!

Why are you worried about 265/40/20 regarding insurance ? They are load rated high enough for any VW T6
as I said ring a few wheel specialist and they will advise you or you are going to have an expensive experience otherwise
Why not just order one tyre into your local dealer and have it put on the rim and see what you think ?

275/40/20
8.5j
50mm raceline Eibach springs

You forgot to mention you are running 8.5 front 9.5 rear !!!
That front tyre will definitely look wrong
Staggered always compromise load rating to get rolling radius correct
above my knowledge level now I'm afraid

255/45/18 is on my 8j rim which is how it come from the VW dealers brand new
Just give wheel specialists a call that's the only way to find out, You are just guessing otherwise

@YESBOY haven't had a chance to call them today will try tomorrow and let you know....im thinking the only choice I have is to go 265/40 on the 8.5j front and 275/40 on the rear 9.5j ...if not my only other option is to sell them and buy a different set of 9j front 9.5j rear

9 j all round is the easiest and tyres look same on the rims without running different sizes
Unless you want deep concave on the rear

I am pretty sure that the guy said the tyres would be load rated with a 35 thick wall. Such a minefield this haha!

275/40 106 load rating
265/40 104 load rating.
These are perfect for T32

So if I'm reading this right....if I purchased 20x9 with 275/40/20 tyres it would rub on tge front?

I have 9j’s all round and opted for 265/40. No rubbing at all. Lowered using van slams. 35-40mm at the moment until the slams settle. Then going to give it another 10-15mm.
