No just go on chat, if you have your factory order number (8 digits) it helps, if not if the right person answers the chat they will find your order number for you.
Had an email from my dealer this morning to say my van has just arrivedI ordered a 150 DSG with lots of extras on the 2nd December, and had a call from my dealer today saying it's being built this week.
Grilles and splitter today, then de badges the "Trainspoter" off the back. Painted tailgate spoiler letting that harden for a couple of days before flat and polish / fit.so on the outside only the rear glass to fit. Hopefully tomorrow it will be lowered and have the wheels on

I ordered a T28 Panel early March, and i’ve just been off chat with VW and they have let me know it hasn’t been allocated a build week yet They said the order had been accepted by the factory though (whatever that means!)
I guess I’ll be lucky to see it this year?
Ordered from Swindon Van Centre, and they thought maybe September.
Any idea the norm wait time between placing order and getting a confirmed build date?

I’ve got a pile of boxes of similar in the garage awaiting the van...
Trouble is you forget you have to home all the bits taken off!
I don’t know whether to keep them or part company with the bits

Just want to share with this crowd something to watch out for. I purchased these wheels and fitting kit to fit this van. However when fitting the wheels something seemed wrong. I took the wheel off and put the spacer ring in the wheel. I noticed it was sitting a fraction of a mm proud of the wheel. This would have been ok but it didn’t fit in the recess in the disc. It was turned down by my neighbour so all good ( all 4). If I hadn’t noticed the wheels would certainly have come loose possibly come off. Check if you change yours cheers Woodman

Once again things go from bad to worse for my situation.
Because my main dealer order in November 2020 had no allocation in the Feb #TheNationalVWVanDealerLottery and I was given October 2021 delivery at best, I was forced at considerably more money to place another order at another dealer for a week 17 provisional build. I find today that provisional build is now week 26. What a lottery this is.
So frustrating as I tried to place an order in September with a converter who changed the game on me after months of conversation and site visits. “I will charge you too much money to source a van given your knowledge. Buy yourself is my advice” Then a 3rd party whose unsolicited approach slowed me down in October giving me a deal that could not be fulfilled. I then ordered through the ‘best’ dealer in November to be lied to about their build slots.
All I want to do is buy the van I always wanted. Two holidays now at risk as I doubt even the ‘security 2nd van’ won’t be here before August now.
I am so frustrated with this. I am a discerning guy with a good budget but getting shafted at every move I make.
Are others in a similar situation or am I somehow getting this very wrong?
