T6.1 Reduce oil level and Oil dilution

Just had oil changed and level not really gone down since last service (not gone up either) Is this a good thing?

Just tried to pull some oil out of the dipstick tube, was nigh on impossible. Should it come out quite easily or is there a chance the pipe I'm using is too fat and causing a vacuum?

Sounds like you need a thinner pipe. Should come out easily enough especially when warm.

Got a tiny bit out, must be causing a vacuum.
