[T6_measured] Injector failure

I have been told that the spring in the HPFP has failed. They are going to replace the spring. I am concerned that the failure of the spring might have led to other damage within the pump with release of minute metal particles which may by now be into the whole of the high pressure fuel system, piles, injectors etc and also back via spill line to the tank. To recap this was a new (to us) vehicle we went to collect. We rejected due to ticking noise on drivers side of engine (the side where the HPFP is). No other symptoms or problems. Looking for device. I need to speak with them today...

hi guys, about 10000km ago I put a new hpfp and injectors. now the car started clicking and has a longer start. the clicking is heard on a cold engine and then when it is revved up from 1800rpm - 2200rpm. it is written so gently, not like from a valve. the start is sometimes fine, the key does not turn for a long time and it is as if one cylinder is missing. Has anyone had the same problem with the new injectors? Do the values according to the diagnostics seem strange to me? dmf is a year old.

these are the values at medium temperature of the engine. clicking is not heard now. is it normal for the values to jump up and down? by approx. 10 nm each cylinder

Mine has even larger fluctuation.

EDIT:
At some point the scaling of "cylinder internal moment" has been changed in VCDS - below an old log VCDS log where the value was just a tenth of what's shown currently (above).
