Hello All,

Apologies for the late arrangements for Spring Camp this year.

We have two options on date:

25-27 April ---> with exclusivity of the site (Due to a scheduling cock-up with Family I can no longer make this one)

or

2-5 May ---> we can book the camping / van spaces but we may have non-forum people staying in the Safari Tents (as this is the beginning of the season). This means that after hours activity will have to be respectful.

Anyway, for now I just need to know who would be able come - as I need to work out numbers for the site.

So please let me know your date preference below and we will go with majority for whichever date.

Any questions then please let me know.

We are the same. Caveat of it depends on what is happening with Brambles but we don't have any plans and would love to attend but much prefer exclusivity.

thanks for replies thus far. ideally want the to try and guarantee that the venue can get as much out of the weekend as possible. As that always helps with the next event. Will post update later in the week / beginning of next.

We can only make the original dates sadly, exclusivity is a good thing, can't have folk moaning about our loudness (again).

ah sorry i had assumed it was the 25-27 based on Dellmassives post I will re read the thread more carefully

it depends on numbers. to make it work well we need 20 plus vans. if not then 10-12 van at the bottom end might work. As I have said though I will go with the flow and am very happy for the event to happen on the original dates... as long as we get good numbers and people have a good time then I am happy!

We're up to 11 vans atm, so maybe we need to raise awareness across the forum - not sure how many of the newer members visit this section of the forum.
