Hi All

I recently purchased my T6 Caravelle & purchased a VCDS
I'm very novice to the VCDS but I just wanted say a Big Thank you, as I have managed to do the following:
Folding mirrors
KMH to MPH
Large MPH
Auto locking
Dial sweep
Wiper sweep
Rain closing
Auto arming after 30 sec

Without all the input you people put on the forum I would of never been able to do this.
PS: what else can I do

Thanks

Martin

Thats pretty much the popular mods
If its a camper and you often run the engine stood still you can disable DRLs when the handbrake is on ?
If not and you have LED headlights if possible to make the DRLs dip when you indicate (but this over rides the above setting)

Can anyone recommend somewhere in this area where I can get my MFSW coded? My local garage don't have the up to date lead/software to do the job.

I'm in Walsall or work in Bilston

Hello,

Have a T6 and have had my speakers installed, need a local friendly VCDS user to help me out if possible please?

Cheers

Nick

I can do it at my work in Bilston if that's any good. As long as your van is a model year 2018 or older.

Perfect thanks.

Yep it's a 2018 and I've got to drop my bike off in Wolverhampton on Thursday this week, so I'll be in your neck of the woods if it's any good for you?

Hi,

Has anyone managed to get the rear speakers and an after market reversing camera working on a T6.1 Discover Media, they are all fitted - just need activating.

Preferably West Midlands area.

Thanks

Zip..

Try Telford towbars. They fitted my reversing camera into the same head unit.
They manufacture most OEM tow bar looms so are more electrical minded than steel structures if you know what I mean.
Great lads, really professional.

Hi, i have a problem with the central locking on my T6 Highline. Using the key fob it works fine, but when i press the internal lock button on the drivers door, it locks & then immediately unlocks.
I did take the van back to VW (before the warranty ran out) re this issue & they said they had resolved it.
At the time it was intermittent & once the error returned, they blamed it on the camper conversion company.
Here are the error codes listed on Carista, that i cannot reset, so i would like someone local too Birmingham to have a look with VCDS please & let me know if i need to swap any parts?
