Quick reference...
2020 T6.1 199 Highline SWB Kombi 4Motion DSG.
Went in for a 20k service and a problem with the power tailgate latch.
Anyway, they did the service and fitted a new module to the tailgate.
They called me to ask if they could keep the van for another 3 days for recalls. No problem for me and was called today to say the van was ready.
Whilst they had the van they have :
1, fitted new SOS module to fix the false calling issues.
2, there's a recall to fix the freezing door handle. Apparently it's to do with the sliding door window not draining properly, water drains into the cable and freezes it solid. Now updated.
3, updated software on the Android Auto...was working fine but needed an update
