bought a single (for top bed) & small double bamboo mattress toppers and grab handles (A & B pillar)... will be fun trying to fit those... will have to search youtube on how it's done...

Had my Propex underslung gas tank filled yesterday and the numpty who filled it failed to put the cover back on correctly, by the time I got home it had fell off!

Ordered a Sound Deadening and Insulation Kit, slowy getting all the bits together to do my semi-Kombi Conversion ready to make a start….

Just ordered a couple of original Bulli badges to go behind the wing indicators after seeing them on a lovely black T6 on Anglesey. Also ordered a lower grill carbon fibre trim cover and lastly a leather cover for the ha brake and abs lower gubbins. Be playing with the van again by the end of the week.

After fitting my amarok steels I needed to lower the van ASAP. Looking for coilovers I soon realised that paying £1600 was out of reach at the moment. This meant looking at alternatives. The Stance coilovers kept popping up and after several people giving them a great review I opted for a set. At £300 delivered how could I not. They will get me down to where I want and then next year I'll see about upgrading, if these don't cut the mustard. But for the milage I do maybe they will! Only time will tell I suppose!

Those bed bases from Decathlon are the business, we got a couple last year and our camping bed is now not far off as comfortable as the bed at home. We have paired them up with a thicker SIM than you have got in that pic though.

I’ll be trying them out at Summer Camp! It’ll be my first night out in a van/awning and I’ve not been camping for about 15 years. Thought it best to surround myself with seasoned pros for my maiden voyage

Just a tip. put a tie wrap from it to the fill point. I lost mine in long grass driving to a pitch on a campsite.

bought this niffty peace of kit from Altitude Roofs (ok ok, bought it end of last year)... will keep off any rain when cooking it's held with a magnet strip on top and 4 suction cups

Ordered a Debus sun canopy arrived yesterday and had to try it out today on the drive...takes 10 minutes so much easier than the Vango Kela And no more struggling to get the awning back in the bag!
