Snap, same wheels as me!View attachment 232646
Two Bridgestone Turanza T005’s should last longer than the original crappy Hifly’s
Hurts me to think how much I've spent on delivery fees with them over the last few months!About £80's worth of cable, connectors, terminals, fuses etc from 12v planet for the wiring in my kitchen pod.
That's why I needed to get everything ordered together! Free delivery over £75Hurts me to think how much I've spent on delivery fees with them over the last few months!
You never mentioned you'd got a purple van.My new steering wheel from SS customs is finally finished.
It looks great in the pics anyway. I should receive it tomorrow.
The purple stitch and centre marker match my black and purple leather seats.
I will post up a thread with pics once it’s fitted and I’ve got all the buttons working.

Yes.Did they supply the steering wheel as well??
Thank you so much, I don't have social media but sure I could sort it. I jade no crisie control eitherYes.
Steve at SS customs does all different kinds of steering wheels. He’s on fb.
Ones with the big shaped hand grips, carbon, matching leather and stitching etc.
I went for a relatively plain flat bottomed one with matching stitching and centre marker.
The base wheel without the airbag controls or surround was £280.
You pay £100 refundable deposit for the airbag which you get back after Steve receives your existing airbag.
I was £50 extra for the purple VW badge and £50 extra for the chrome surround to be sprayed matching purple.
My vans a startline so no cruise control but with a bit work and a few wires I can activate it so the left hand buttons will work the cruise control and the right buttons will operate my new pioneer head unit.
The controls will also need coded in on my ECU.
I will post up a thread with pics once I’ve got it all working.
Big thanks to @Dundee_Kev for keeping me right and helping with the coding.
Here’s a couple pics of Steves work

There’s a thread on what’s involved with activating cruise control if your van didn’t have it to start with. Do a search.
Getting the correct buttons isn’t particularly easy as they need to be from a T6 to work and be same colour lit up.
What colour are you going for with your work van?4 Davenport’s with new tyres for my T5.1 works van.
I arranged the delivery myself as they were pick up only.
I’m super impressed with the service I received.
I arranged the pick up and delivery online on Sunday.
Picked Tuesday for pick up and they have just arrived.
Great service. I was £49.99 for the transportation of 4 alloy wheels and tyres.
It was a company called Paisley Freight.
I got the wheels for a steal at £150. Gave the nice chap on here £20 extra to buy bubble wrap and tape.
So all in I was £220.
I’m needing 2 new tyres for my van and would have been near that for just the tyres.
My vans bodywork is rough now so it’s getting two toned next month so it’s going to look great.
