What Have You Bought Today?

It's a custom built battery, cell by cell into the lower back cupboard with a 3000w inverter. I wanted to get to 1000, but cells don't match. So 820ah I wanted to be able to run nearly anything with no issues, just incase, plus it's going to act as a jump start ik emergency

1000ah of lithium, now thats got me thinking. . . . . . . 10x100`s?, 2x400`s + 2x100`s?, 4x 230`s.

plus a Victron Multiplus 3Kva 12v/120.

but space,space,space.. . . thats always the compromise in a T6.

Japs fuel is 100 ron
Uk unleaded 95 ron
Uk super unleaded 97 ron
I fitted an aftermarket ecu and got it mapped on shell V power which is 99 Ron.
Most modern ecus can be mapped pretty easily without being replaced.
It might not be a problem on your R32 but I’d check to find out anyway as running an engine with fuel with a lower octave content than its mapped for can damage your engine.

Our imported WRX STi needed V-Power + Octane Booster bottles to get it to run correctly.

Of top of my head its currently 8 individual cells giving me 544ah as it standa, with a 3000w inverter, so camper has full 240v at all times, no hook up required.

I definitely know there is no victron in the system at all.

has dc dc to charging, with smart cut of and mppt charging as well.

the battery is in the back under the main cupboard, with Bluetooth BMS, and inveter is in an unused space behind another cupboard (the space will be converted to a cupboard once finished) hoping to be at busfest with my little leisure power house.

I bought this black Marvix table that seems to be good quality. A fairly obvious copy of the Lagun style. I plan on fitting it to the b-pillar and then getting another mounting plate for the bed/seat frame in the back.

I just need to mount it now and follow all the good guidance here.
 
Just purchased and replaced for the third time the fan blower resistor. This from new on a 2018 T30 LWB 150 DSG. Why can't VW put in a decent bit of kit!
Have you fitted OEM?.... I fitted a replacement on my 2018, in 2021.... Still working fine. Normally keep the fans on #1 all the time.
 
Last of the big spenders - just bought a 500ml tin of Polytrol colour restorer.

I WILL get my rear bumper protector back to black! :mad:
