I bought the cordless one of these from lidl a few months ago.

Used it twice, started smoking, so i threw it in the garden.....quickly

I got the exact same thin this morning - sadly, though, I had to buy it myself.

I started a new job in January and have been travelling twice as far in my van than I did before so started off with Audi R8 coil packs and iridium NGK spark plugs ,stance plus coil overs and then a set of alloys.
Ordered a new intercooler ,will fit that along with a new set of headlights when the intercooler gets delivered .
Mot is 25th of the month,so want to fit my coil overs and alloys then get 4 wheel alignment done before then .
Going to treat my van to tailgate spoiler and some new mirror caps soon ,carbon front splitter and carbon rear bumper protector to ,the list goes on really on what I want to do .

I thought it was time for sound proofing the front cab. Started with the skuttle when I finally prized off the wiper arms! Results are better although I find I can hear other things louder now that I couldn't previously, tyre noise!

Over the past few days; TowTrust removable towbar (fitted by Absolute 5) and an Atera GENIO PRO Advanced (from TheRoofBox company) in all black for our 2 E-bikes. Trialed it today and all was good. Tailgate opened fine when the rack was hinged down and it was easy to use, despite the weight of the bikes.

Can I ask what height the tow ball is - I had a removable Tow Trust fitted by my VW dealer and it is higher than the recommended height - just wondering if they allow for the T32 being fully loaded?

Height to top of towball from ground is 426mm
Centre of rear wheel to top of arch is 430mm, so about 30mm lower at rear due to weight

I'm told the Ottocast is good kit but I've not had experience of either. I have an iPhone XR and currently use the wired connection but would like the ease of wireless.

I went with the Pro version, so it should work with both iOS and Android. I’m an iPhone user too
Unfortunately, while replacing the digitizer in my unit, I accidentally damaged the display—so now I have touch functionality, but no visible screen. I’ve already ordered a replacement, but it’s expected to arrive around the 18th of April. I will share my review as soon I get that work again
