What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Did some spannering today for the first time in an age! Enjoyed it!

Stance + Ultra’s with 19” banded steels (ex tourershine)

Going to give it a week or so to settle, then might have a little further adjustment. I won’t go too much lower as I want to use it as a camper and will be making it off grid capable eventually, so country lanes need to be accessible!

Loving the wheels

Cheers @68martin68 . Both LWB & SWB are crackers and have their own identities. I chose LWB for my camper solution...
Yours has had a major upgrade and looks cool... like, like, like

Bit more on the camper setup today, the parts I've been waiting on finally arrived so I could get the final test assembly done!

Got the lids on the back section, with locking multi point stays, which will enable us to set it up as a seat/sofa using the mattress, facing out the back of the van  The stay's I have used have 12 different locking points, so we can adjust the angle of the back to exactly how we want it!

Also got the evo catches fitted just to check fitment... all good!

That looks brilliant! Out of interest how heavy is it?

I can’t be 100% sure without sitting down to work it out, but the weight of all of the boards in total prior to machining would be 158kg, I would estimate there is about 15-20% lost during machining (and a bit left over) so around 125kg total in timber, plus about 30 kg in slides, fixings etc, so a shade over 155kg all in I reckon.

I watched a you tube clip, but yes choose Australia as your region uncheck alt display then it should show up, but watch a clip first
