What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

made the front piece of roof to fill the gap left by the bulkhead, just need to cover it and work out position for LEDs

Changed the wheels.
Van is a T32 but the previous owner fitted Calibre Exile-R’s, 8.5J x 20 ET45 which are rated at 750kg, and 275/35/20 tyres rated at 102.
I went for Fox MS007’s in Matt Black, 9J x 20 ET38 rated at 1000kg, shod with 265/40/20 Yokohama tyres which are 104 rated.
I was a bit worried that they were going to look a bit “balloony” but I don’t think they’re too bad.
Seem to be okay for fit, only had one rub and that was during a particularly heavy compression to the n/s/f. Every day normal driving they’re fine.

Not just today, but this week.
Removed factory bulkhead and brackets.
Stripped out front and coated with dodo mat.
Ran 240v cable through to battery area.
Moved all the factory leisure battery and wiring over to the driver’s side.
Using the wiring loom from TravelVolts and a nice new CTEK 250se I’ve replaced the factory split charge with a b2b system and put the van back together.
And added the extra door seals from Veedub Transporters.

Thanks Ayjay. The recline would be good. Bit pricey for a 10deg recline though. I suppose because it also foods flat, which I don’t need.

A bit pricey maybe but make a massive difference. I (or my back) couldn't imagine sitting in an unmodified seat for 200 miles but the new bracket make it a doddle - basically, that extra 10º puts the passenger seats into what I would regard as a 'normal' driving seat angle. That said, we're all different.
