And here they are fitted behind a cleanish alloy.Made a start on my front calipers these past days, stripping the blue from the calipers is a nightmare. The stuff is like glue and has taken two days on and off to clean them ready for paint.

Are you hands still in one peice? That stuff is sharp and the scuttle is no easy place to sound deaden. Good job though @MikeWillmottBit of scuttle deadening!
Would have done it sooner but it took a bit of time to get around to un-seizing the wiper! Had to heat it without melting the plastics

IKEA futon mattress, the cheapest. It was around £60. It is not perfect, as the base folds but the largest piece had to be cut and I'm yet to cut and sew the cover to allow it to fold easily but it works for now.What’s the mattress youve used??
