What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

Hi @Mic71 how long did it take to do a door please? I'd like to sound deaden and insulate my Shuttle. Did you have to strip the mechanism out of the door or can you put it behind easily?

Changed the battery in the CO monitor.

The weight saving by having the plastic inner door skins in place of the metal ones found on the T6 must be a fair amount.

The window mech is part of the inner door. As you can see I removed it. I don't think you would be able to do it without removing.
It took just short of 3 hours to do the first door and just over 2hrs to do the second door.

fitted new rear brake pads, what a ball ache trying to put the van on axel stands, if only they had 2 jacking points it would be so much easier. Clearly VW assumed everyone would have a hydraulic lift
