What Have You Done To Your Van Today?

@BoroBoy I have the same headlights and led bulbs in the Bus. Also All-In as well.

Happily passed it MOT last month with no problems.at the local VW dealer.

So I'd have to agree that you had a finicky Tester that day......

I'd agree swapping the bulbs is a bit fiddly..... But it's only once a year.

Other than that look for another garage for all in.?

Or just take the van to your local prefered MOT garage.?... Sure it's £35 extra though.

swapped my front seat nuts for extended 10mm ones. Just makes their removal less fiddly for my fat fingers:) Needs a bit of a clean too

Started the sound deadening process with the dodo mat I bought from @Beng a few weeks ago. All in prep for an audio upgrade at @Absolut5 as soon as funds allow.

In summary:

I’m convinced that the outer door panel behind the speaker is where the biggest gain must be.

The door panel clips are a bunch of little sh!thouses.

The edge of the foil on the matting is sharper than I gave it credit for.

Re fitted my Caravelle sliding door card. Auto correct just corrected that as "sodding" door card which wasn't far from what I was calling it! Easier that removing it but not something I want to repeat. Sliding window is now all dry and not leaking so I'll hopefully never have to remove it again...

Also removed the previously (slightly dodgy fitted) Anderson plug connector so I can check the ring terminal sizes to re locate it to drivers side back board. Not sure why someone would splice together 2 different sizes cables instead of fitting the terminals properly...

I'll be refitting it properly with some correct sized cable and an inline midi fuse.

Edit: the cables were fully soldered under the heat shrink so not that bad actually. But still, no fuse on it.
