Wheel spacers and spigot question

Always use a decent hub centric spacer

Best thing you can do with that is throw it in the bin :slow rofl: Didn’t even know that bit was supposed to come out!
Cheers @Jayjmac i will once my replacement spigot arrive.
I blame you @Jayjmac since your van images made me want to tuck my wheels into the arches to lower it more :sneaky::x3:;)

Of course, hence my saying we just need to know the cb of the wolfrace wheels.
Not sure how something so simple can be turned into something so complicated on this thread
Thanks @j4ckal your knowledge is appreciated.

:D You said of course... but you saw how complicated it got :slow rofl:

Spigots have turned up today however the conundrum I now have is the length of the wheel bolts I need to fit for my Wolfrace GTP wheels.

Will standard VW bolts do the job? If so what is the standard length of the thread as I am toying with the idea of cutting the over length bolts that were fitted when the spacers were in place.

38 front and 42 on the rear at 10.5 wide

So my front and rears are 20x9 offset 43 according to Wolfrace. I am concerned that if I remove the spacers and replace them with standard spigots the inner wheel will hit the strutsetc.

Now you know the offset you can pump it into “will they fit” my cantera were 8 inch offset 43 they were fine with a 5mm shim. Im pretty sure that anything as wide as the 8.5/9 fronts will need a 35 offset on the front. 43 is spot on for the rear. You may need a spacer on the front but not much. Only way it to try it without and see what rubs. You won’t hit the strut
