Defo keep posting man! It's inspiring and motivating!I do realize that you are doing it tough with many restrictions. I am often in two minds whether to post.
We are having outbreaks of covid around Australia causing border and travel restrictions which seem to flare up all the time so we get out while we can.
Hopefully mass vaccination will help make the world normal again.

Ace photos Mick. Where’s this. Do I take it that you’re in SA there? We have spent the last 5 days camped in the sand dunes behind a great coastal area.
We usually laugh at watching tv shows about Australia as they play up how dangerous the wild life is. My wife and I did a few long walks along the cliffs and sand dunes expecting to see a few snakes as its summer here now but we didn't see any till we got back to camp and 1 slid under my awning and ignored us and kept on hunting and disappeared into bushes about 5 meters from van. Another was stunning itself on a rock at the beach.
Went to get a beer from the cooler ( called an Esky in oz ) and a big hairy spider sitting on the side. Maybe the tv shows are right. Who's laughing now.

That's amazing! Would love one!Hi, I built a home office during lockdown for my son's work, clad in red cedar like yours. I used Osmo but make sure it's the UV one. Over the summer they were doing special offer large tins with 25% extra. No fading of colour as yet but it's only had one summer. You do need a dry day and night to fully dry for revisiting. Your den looks cool.

My wife replied to me, what looks amazing “That massive spider”.wow that looks amazing
Hi @Cherokee, yes we are still in SA. We went across to the Yorke Peninsula and drove down to the bottom and stayed at Pondalowie Bay. This is a national park so you have to prebook your campsite online. $13.50AUD (£7.80) per night. As its summer and school holidays it can get quite busy. Campsites are pretty basic, just a numbered clearing in the scrub and a few shared drop toilets.Ace photos Mick. Where’s this. Do I take it that you’re in SA there?
The spider is a " huntsman spider " which is actually fairly harmless to most people . Some freak out because they are big and hairy and fast but nothing really to worry about. My wife replied to me, what looks amazing “That massive spider”.
We got married in Oz and never saw one of those beasts.
The ones that live in the toilet called Red backs???The spider is a " huntsman spider " which is actually fairly harmless to most people . Some freak out because they are big and hairy and fast but nothing really to worry about.
We have them around our house and when I hear my wife scream these are often the cause. They eat the flies and bugs so are good to have around.
She doesn't worry about the small dangerous ones only these big harmless ones.
My missus screams if I leave a floater living in the toilet! The ones that live in the toilet called Red backs???
Thanks for this @AussieMick, we’ve been to SA a few times. Christmas 2019 we were staying in Glenelg. Spent some timeHi @Cherokee, yes we are still in SA. It's a beautiful unspoiled coastline facing south towards Antarctica, luckily thousands of kms away so water is warm enough for swimming.
It's a good surfing area too with plenty of breaks.
Many a sailing ship came to grief in these waters as there is islands and reefs offshore everywhere, you can see the surf breaking far out to sea on underwater rocks.
Quite a few lighthouses around here for obvious reasons.
My van was self contained with food and drink (very important to observe happy hour) with solar to keep battery (fridge ) running so we cooked all our meals onsite as no shops in immediate vacinity.
