Where Have You Been In Your Van Today?

Visited a local lake and had a delicious chicken tikka and rice followed by coffee and homemade flap-jack, got a brilliant 40ltr 12v hot/cold box that keeps food hot for hours so quite often cook stuff at home and then drive off to a nice spot and eat al fresco, 8 months in and all 3 of us including our handsome Staffie are loving bus life

Not too sure of the make but they have similar ones in Halfords in a slightly smaller size, if you get one I would advise getting the mains to 12v adaptor so you can pre-heat or cool it at home before you set off, it will keep food hot for ages but wont cook cold food

Dare I say it but a nice small one comes up in Lidl’s every so often that fits between the front single seats

Yeah we picked one up a few weeks ago, 24ltrs I think, even came with mains lead
That the one with the orange trim? We have that! There is also a slightly smaller one with a green trim. The pre-cooling (or heating) in the house is great

yeah that's the one, much cheaper than Halfords but not readily available, only seen them a couple of times in our local store
