Where Have You Been In Your Van Today?

Decided to go to take some photos of the the storm at New Brighton on The Wirral. Had a nice day out. In the town I parked the van on the front. It will need a good wash now. Half the sea was blown all over it.

And it was nicer looking out of the windows. Had to time opening the side door right so I didn’t end up with spray coming in, lol. It didn’t rain, that is all sea spray.

Going for a day tour of the Yorkshire East Coast resorts tomorrow if anyone is heading over that way.
Scarbados, Whitby that direction then back via Stokesley....

Sounds a better day than digging out concrete fence posts but I’m committed now ( or should be. )

Parked up a mile north of the Cairnwell Pass last night, just made it before the snow gates were closed. Blew a hoolie all night but managed to get up into the hills before the next front moves in tomorrow. The 4 wheel drive handled the snowy pass no problem, no need for the diff lock.

Good shout @Bargy62 , will see if we can fit it in, but definitely coming back again in the future.

Walsingham.

The pie cafe was closed

What an odd place it is! Not being brought up religious it feels rather strange, every other house seems to have been bought by a church order and named after a Saint!

After a painful trip with engine light and flashing coil light due to the dodgy EGR, from Surrey all the way to Rotterdam in NL and back again, I've just taken it into the garage to get it replaced.

Can't wait for it to drive normal and give me so motivation to sort out the various water leaks in the usual places and then I might actually enjoy owning this van...
