Wow - £44 per night? That's Henley-on-Thames pricing right there, and matched by the £20pp brekky! We paid £176 for 4 nights (but school holidays) easy walk to town which is very nice.
Has a shop and cafe - which looks good (not tried) - nice clean toilet block, showers and washing up area.
We stopped in Tring on the way (for the natural history museum - bit early so only place open was BlackGoo - £40 for breakfast for me and my son - bit steep - but nice food) - museum was good for free (or donation).
