Yes I have the same thing and I found the image when it was dull or dark suffered a bit so I cut a tiny circle in the film directly in front of the lens. You can’t tell from outside and you have to look carefully behind the camera to see it from the inside. This may have been asked already but has anyone had issues with rear dash cam’s when used with tinted rear windows ? Just about to order a rear camera but I have blacked out rear glass and wonder if I will need to remove (if possible) a section to allow for the camera to function correctly.
Yes, connect the app to it and disable all alarms or they'll drive you nuts!Today was the first time driving since I installed the Thinkware F770. Can someone tell me why its beeping at me constantly?? ding-ding...ding-ding. I get the speed camera warnings which are fine but these are just beeps with no explanation. It seems to be random too (initially I thought it was a warning when you got to the speed limit but it was happening on the motorway at 30mph whilst stuck in traffic).
Could it be the collision warning or lane change warning system? If so I need to disable it
Which models, and where do you have them? Did you manage to tuck wires away neatly to the devices?Got Thinkware front and rear cameras on both my van and my car. Easy enough to fit myself and I’ve found them so good it wouldn’t occur to me to look for another make next time.
Mine are the old F750 which have been superceded twice now since then, but I have found no reason to upgrade. I'll take some picsWhich models, and where do you have them? Did you manage to tuck wires away neatly to the devices?
Was wondering if I could use their external one in the rear locker as being a camper we will have a blind on back window...
Some pics of your windscreen one would be really helpful - considering how small/thin smart phones are in surprises there aren’t any very discrete solutions out there...
