Which module is actually being referred to?
I have read though the documentation and can see 2 turbos, several actuators and 3 control valves.

It looks like the N75 valve controls the adjustable guide vanes on the high pressure turbo and the turbine bypass flap
and conversely N529 controls them also also as the vacuum lines are interconnected.

Valve N274 solely controls the wastegate.

Does anyone have any details regarding this error?

I should have mentioned that the van is a 2017 T6, with the CXEB engine.

Thanks, appreciate your sharing of the logs. Looks like there is less than half of the log contains meaningful data. From 20 to 100 seconds Above : Actual position follows specified nicely. Now especially at 79...83 seconds looks good/normal. Have you done something? Any fault codes...

@Deansie is working on all possible components causing the P00AF: N75 or the actuator or sticky vanes.
