A little wave makes you feel good.

I've had quite a few T5 waves initiated by them. I didn't think people would respond as mine a panel van with zero mods (apart from dash!) so I've started waving in the T6 as I do in the T5 now.

Couple of nice waves recently, notably this morning in south manchester, very trick T5.1 in the bronze/brown colour long wheelbase, very nicely done.

I tend to find that if anyone is to wave it's more likely the T4 people.

I've had a fair few waves, and nods of acknowledgement from other t5 owners as I pass them ;-)

I've even had a couple of waves, out here in France yesterday, one off a fellow Brit, in a white t5.1 and one off a German t6!
There are loads of T6's over here!

Love this
Had a l200 before . Used to wave to others
. Bunch of miserable ......
Been to cornwall
Tonnes of happy waving going on

Well I have had more waves today now the van as had the vinyl applied than nearly all the other days out together although I did see 2 nice T6 who didn't want to play the game.

The Mrs was flashed as we headed down m6 today, but was drinking so couldn't wave or flash back...

She beeped a couple of T4/5s while overtaking but had no acknowledgement... I wondered if beeping was correct etiquette or if a flash as was going past would be better. Thoughts? :)

I would say a side-on wave (if overtaking) would be better, flashing and beeping to me are confusing.

Or better still. Do not overtake and start a convoy!

Flashing can mean speed camera and beeping often means your a ******* ********

and if you're parked in a car park in the evening, it means something totally different!

So I hear anyway

Not sure a side wave would be seen from one driver to another... As for convoy, at the speeds some were going we'd still be on the M6 now!!

Just back from Cornwall. Loads of wavers and flashers down there last week. Had VIP parking on a day out too - the car park attendant took my money, then moved some orange cones and told me to park by his T5 in corner and out the way of the clumsy tourists  :)
