That was what I did..MFD said to refill as (1400miles left on adblue) All 10l went in ! i was surprised as it looked like tank would have had more!
@Oldrat as far as I'm aware you'll screw up the emissions control systems, end up with multiple engine faults recorded and probably void the warranty on the engine and emissions system because it will be tracked that you failed to refill the Ad blue. Not a happy prospect.
EDITED: Apologies, wasn't aware of the intervening replies.
I just got the hose off eBay and get the adblue from my local dealer I wait till it says 1000 mls left and then fill up.This could be my next eBay purchase then

They advise that you don't carry a container in the vehicle.I like to prove a point but on this one im just going to adblue hahahahah
Just a shame there are jack shit adblue stations anywhere near me, can be bothered having a container using up the limited boot space.
@PukkaT6 did you try using the search link kindly provided by @Polzeylad ? I did and checked Warrington and it listed a number of sites. They may not be on your door step but they are out there. I'm pretty sure that you can find one handy to your commute if you try.I like to prove a point but on this one im just going to adblue hahahahah

@Roadrunner when you stop for a tiddle at the roadside it's a nearside wheel that you use not that nicely positioned tube with a cap on under the "privacy flap"Seem to be making my own. Went downtown Wales a couple of weeks ago along the A44 and on the way it from 3000 miles to 2500. Came home along the M4 and it came back to 3000 miles again. Went to see an old mate in Witney on Friday and it changed back to 2500. Did not give it much thought so went off to Wales later in the day back along the A44 and home the M4 checked the Ashlie as we got home and it's back to 3000 miles, really weard
It's not a fixed consumption it varies based on driving conditions. My screen now shows 5500....has the sensor been put in upside down?
so am I correct in thinking then when I tow my caravan with a full van, to France (Lyon and back) my adblue range could considerably drop or even run out! Or is it, how long is a piece of string voodoo magic? It's not a fixed consumption it varies based on driving conditions.
Towing is likely to produce a much steadier consumption. Depending on how far you intend to go and how much you have to start with will determine whether of not you need to fill up on your journey.so am I correct in thinking then when I tow my caravan with a full van, to France (Lyon and back) my adblue range could considerably drop or even run out!
