Ahhhh knocking noise when turning!!!!!

mine has been back, 4 times now, prev repairs/replacement parts didn't fix the knock, currently in with VW

sooo, have van out a few weeks now and its seems to be sorted.

Sub-Frame mount was the culprit

Ours was exactly the same. Took it back to VW and the master technician looked over it and tightened everything in the area. Couldn't pin point what it was but the knocking is now gone! We've done about 1000miles since and still ok.

Had the same issue after both springs were replaced (warranty) around 30.000km. It took several visits to the dealer, VW hq was involved, top mounts were replaced, nothing helped. 10 months later and after a long drive on south Italian roads (potholes/unpaved), the problem was finally gone... Fingers crossed.

Only just joined, so a late reply, my T6 has been knocking from the front when turning left, Vw garage stated the driveshaft has been identified as a common problem and VW recommend an upgraded locking compound....some 200 miles later the knocking is back! Booked in later this week.
