the look is 'even more' bad without the covers locks but leave the hub uncovered that tends to rust if not well painted ..... I mounted the plastic lids and so 'no more' problems and I paid only 20 euros all four on ebay.de from a private seller ...

hi Paul sizes please of those coopers and is that a t30? mine is and looked low at the rear like yours, fitted t32 rear springs and now looks level, but it can't be as the side door closes by itself, i tell peeps I've an electric door ! any issues with the AT's ?

hi size is 235/65/17 tbh they drive better than my other 2 campers on these tyres as you just drive over all the potholes it's a t28 fitted with t32 rear springs no problems on rear but I have fitted 10mm spacers to enable clearance on at front that pic was pre t32 springs it now is level

I am really really liking this look. Fills wheel arches very nicely, looks mean as and has 'sexy winter wheel set' written all over it :inlove:

There seems to be quite a bit of experience with this type of tyre. To the uninitiated (me), it looks like it would be hellish noisy and verging on dangerous on the road. What's the reality guys ??? Anything else to consider ??

A very good tyre, I have used many in the past, yes a bit noisy and also not technically speed rated for our size, but again lots of folk ignore this..

noisier certainly, but only between 60-80 km / h ...... dangerous? ..... why '... certainly not just made to run too much these tires ... I immediately adjusted the my gait ... which is usually quite fast .... and in the wet so far I have not had any problems, naturally going slowly ... but I think this is always worth it !!
someone looks amazed and I think fascinated the Cali ... of course I think I also seem a little "out of my mind" ....

Thanks @Loz @Paul Holmes

Yes @alter ... by dangerous, I meant in the wet (not ice or snow). I imagine them sliding very easily in rain on corners / roundabouts / under braking. I understand you saying you are driving more slowly with them to compensate. The issue is, what is your slow and what is your fast. From what you say though, it seems that they are not unmanageable on wet roads

the Continental and Nokian in the wet give more confidence .... but this does not mean that the ATs are terrifying! ... On the Grand Cherokee I had, the original Goodyear tires slipped like the ATs I mounted later ... .so also depends on the type of vehicle .... let's see if other friends who mount the BF will give their opinion .... greetings
