Cerbo GX

I’m still trying to hook up the Cerbo to my WiFi
I switched off the battery and isolated the whole system, left it for 15 mins, pushed the pair button on my house router and tried again.
It’s instantly failing.
It’s like it’s not even trying to connect now just instant fail.
The router is like 10m from my van and I had the door open so it was a straight run with no obstructions.
My WiFi in my drive is full bars so that’s not the issue.
Think I’m going to have to message victron

Have you done the reboot on the Cerbo? Can you hook up your phone as a mobile hotspot? Can you see that 'venus' yet as one of your wifi options?

Have you got a long enough Lan cable to wire it direct into your home router?
Have you set up the VRM?
I don't remember mine being this stubborn!
Not got a long enough lan cable.
I can’t set up VRM and thats the problem.
I need the Cerbo connected to internet to add it to my installation device list to set up the VRM.
I’ve messaged victron
But don’t expect any help any time soon

Have you set up a user account for VRM?

Are you trying to connect your Cerbo to your router? You don’t need the access point enabled for that.
Or are you trying to connect phone/laptop direct to the Cerbo - you do need the access point enabled for that and the find it on your phone/laptop wifi

I’ve got it working thanks guys.
The problem wasn’t the WiFi it was VRM code. I put a O instead of an 0.
Everything seems to be working. :geek:
I will have a play about with it.
Is there anything in the settings I need to change for my set up?
