Need help with errors on Audi A1

Need some help please with some errors on my brothers Audi A1, in particular with the DSG and secondly the HVAC.

The gear indicator has started to flash with an ! inside a cog.

VCDS scan will be added.

Not sure if I have attached the scan in the correct way. Not sure how to attach any other way. Thanks in advance.

Strange thing is when I started the car the day after the flashing symbol had vanished. I believe it may have been to a weak battery. I have charged the battery and will see how it goes.

Now its just the HVAC error I. need to sort out.

Thanks, much appreciated. Just been out in the A1, and there is a clicking sound as if a relay of some sort keeps opening and closing. I was hoping its a faulty relay, that would be easier to find and fix than a wiring issue.

On another note the the DSG issue seems to have come back.
