I know this is likely to get me shouted down but I'll say it anyway. I had B14s fitted at TransporterHQ 4 weeks ago and I'm not actually that impressed. I had asked for them not to be too low, as I'm not a fan of the slammed look and I need reasonable clearance for when I camp on rough ground. The fronts are quite low and look good, but the rear were left a bit higher as I was told they would settle, plus there was no water in the rear tank. I know it's early days, but there has been no settling at all, and I have also measured the rear height with water tank full and two people standing over the rear bumper, with only a barely measurable 2mm change.
The ride comfort is fine, the roads around me are infamous for poor surface due to all the land slip and it's definitely softer and more comfortable. The issue is handling. I read so many times how amazing the handling is on B14s and how there is no roll, and it was this that convinced me to spend the £1100. Maybe my expectations were too high but I've found the handling is only slightly better and it most definitely has not eliminated roll! This has led me to the conclusion that it is purely the lowering that improves the handling, and the upgraded dampers just stop the ride quality deteriorating. I'm going to have to find somewhere local who can adjust them to drop the van down a bit more as the amount of drop I have is obviously not enough to improve the handling significantly.
Again, my expectations were probably too high, it's never going to drive like a car no matter what you do to it, but IN MY EXPERIENCE, B14s have not been the amazing panacea that solves all handling problems. Your experience in your van may be different, but that doesn't change things for me.
