UCI World Championships mens elite road race on the Glasgow circuit. Coming down High St at 70-80kmh. It got pretty wet for the last few laps. Bottom pic is almost the last point the top 4 riders riders over the line were together, just before Mathieu van der Poel made his winning move

Yeh, I like that one too. It's the best photo despite not having any riders in it. I was a bit restricted on taking the biking pics as I was marshalling so had phone in one hand and waving a red flag with the other

We stayed at Villa Cipressi in Varenna.
This pic was taken from Castello di Vezio (a decent climb up - worth it for the view!). I think the hotel you mention is right by it though! Good spot!
We stayed at that hotel about 12 years ago and your pic was pretty much the view from our room. I recognised it straight away.
Stunning area.
