Hello guys!
One year later i decided to start research again (no audio warnings for RCTA).
I have 5Q0 radars, BSD is working perfect, RCTA only visual warnings on the MIB.
PDC module used is 1K8919472C. I have only PDC (8 sensors) and not PLA (12 sensors).
ABS does not have the auto breaking option.
Rear axe abs unidirectional sensors.
Now my questions:
1. I need to change the rear axe sensors to bidirectional to have sound warnings for RCTA?
2. Also, I need PLA (12 sensors) for sound warnings or it's enough PDC (8 sensors)?
3. What is the coding in 10-PDC for RCTA? My coding atm is 0031055001.

Update: found the solution for RCTA sound warning. Indeed it was needed bidirectional rear abs sensors. Sound is coming from the rear PDC buzzer.
Coding after sensors change: 03- ABS byte18 bit4 & 6 and 10- PDC byte1 bit6.
My PDC coding now is 0061155001 (no automated Brake).
ABS sensors: WHT003858A rear right and WHT003859A rear left. These are for PQ35, MK6 my case.

Just missing calibration?
Workshop manual - Transporter Electrical system explains how to calibrate using special workshop tools.
You can also use 2Q0 radars with correct dataset and resistors for your warning lights in your mirrors. They have also automatic calibration by driving.
This is a little bit easier.

Connection 3 of running gear sensors CANbus.
The brown sounds very strange for CANbus - unless you mean orange/brown. Then your finding would be the convenience CANbus.
Perhaps the best way forward would be to get proper documentation of the exact vehicle you have.
Please share a full VCDS Auto-Scan.
