There’s only the height to play with as the rebound is very Good out of the box. Although the set I bought can be adjusted.
I wanted a balance of rake and levelness with the different configurations I run the van.
Most of the time I run it in a Kombi configuration with the bench by the sliding door. But sometimes I go 7 seat Caravelle configuration.
it’s there to play with if you want. With the standard setup or Spring and Shock Combo you don’t have that option without trial and error of getting the correct level unless you go somewhere who can do that for you. 6 months later there’s a pop up roof a kitchen fitted all loaded up and it’s sagging. with a Coilover 30mins each side at the rear you are ready to go again, or just buy the adjustable spring set some people sell (Eibach) looks like the same springs as these Komfort coilovers with a decent Shock is a good option.
hope this helps

I have @CRS Performance proposed solution for comfort for a lowered van so let’s do the Pepsi challenge next time we are all together.

T28, full conversion, weighed down with your average day trip supplies. (And in my opinion fing heavy)

Whose game?

I live near Bovingdon airfield. Great opportunity to give a fair comparison

@cgtmiles
Im not 100% sure but Chilli jam may do money back
I know Steve does if I’m correct
But I may be corrected

Any traders want to give a money back guarantee?
;)

Better to try before you buy surely, than take someone’s word for it. We run various kits on demo vans so you can make your own mind up.
100% customer satisfaction every time

Often the best thing is to contact owners that run the kit you want to buy and talk to them directly . I realise that some might not be technical , but it cant be difficult to get a feel for someones experiences . Often dealer demo vehicles aren't close enough for a quick test drive but in all honesty there is probably some one near who has the same equipment and would let you have a ride . I find the customers who are happy are always happy to spread the word and help others make a sound decision .

We do offer a money back guarantee . we also offer to fit different kits for the clients who are unsure what they want , 99 % of the time the clients make the correct choice with out a test drive . The problem with demo test driving is that there are so many variations of applications and car models as well as Kits available , we simply cant have 20 odd vans with all different set ups to try . There has to be a certain amount of trust in the supplier you chose surely .

I have run H&R 50mm lowering springs, B14s and am now on CRS Koni kit. The latter is by far the best ride.
Can you be more specific on the Koni kit....is it the sport dampers or the coilovers?
Just for a bit of clarity.
Nice to see someone who has tried a few different setups.
I run the Koni H&R coilovers and love em.

Handling compared against VW standard ?
Roll if any ?
Imo......Night and day difference.
There is body roll.....but massively reduced from std.
I'm glad i didn't buy the anti roll bars too as i find the ride spot on with this setup.

If i were you id put up a post asking if there is anyone near your area who has the setup so you can go get a ride and see for yourself.
I tried a B14 setup from a member on here and found it drove fine but i wouldn't want it any harder and that was an empty kombi. He was only half way down with smaller 19" wheels which made my mind up that it wasn't the setup for me. I wanted lower and I run 20's hence why i went for a dual tube adjustable shock setup after talking at length with Steve @CRSPerformance

Thanks

So those supplied by Steve and Chillie are basically the same set ups or am I of the ball there
