They should also be offering £1000 of factory fit extras free. That’s probably built into the 18%, but make sure you max the extras to take advantage
Ah, I'm after another SWB. My last two transporters I've bought were 6 months old, few thousand miles and a cracking price from VW dealers. Had a shock this time when started looking and saw the prices had gone crazy! So new it is albeit sounds like a long lead time on delivery.
My options came to £3635 but dropped to £2635 with the Vw option discount

well, I bypassed my salesman and spoke to the sales manager, What a different customer experience. We had quite a long chatr. He said I am now a provisional week 11 and is hopefull of that as his other vans ordered the same time have confirmed week 10 so fingers crossed I will get confirmed next week, we had a chat about the new 204 motor and he reckons they are a new motor and much smoother and torquier than the previous 204. So fingers crossed I should see it mid April at long last. That said until I get the confirmed build week I wont hold my breath.
I saw Carlo today as I had me van serviced. He is a nice guy. He’s pricing up my 68 plate van that I’m selling said he’ll beat any trade offer so I’m hopeful as it just makes things simple my end.Carlo sold me my s/hand van a few months back and you do warm to him.....not your regular sales type but he seems to be honest and a decent kind of guy. If he is still there in a few years when my work van needs replacing will defo give them a try, along with Oli at Bognor.
