For electrically controlled suspension (DCC) there is different bit to be activated in 55. With such a configuration all 3 level sensors are connected to the DCC controller instead of LWR and level signals (front & rear) are fed to headlights range controller via CAN.

In your case I am 100% sure that your loom wires, between range module and one or both sensors are mixed (5V DC, GND, PWM).
Hi Robert. I'm looking at the wiring diagram for the dcc suspension and I think I understand that the two modules (dcc and afs xenon) are connected to the pins of the front and rear trim sensors, is that correct. Thanks

If the car is retrofited with a DCC system(address 14) and it has LWR(address 55) already aboard, both existing level sensors need to be disconnected from the headlight range control module LWR and connected together with a third new one to the DCC unit.

In such a configuration all vehicle suspension levels are handled by the DCC and LWR receives required data via CAN-BUS.

LWR has one bit in its coding to enable level info/data to be read from the CAN-BUS instead of directly connected 2 level sensors.

So For my vehicle it has the basic xenon. and now I would like to do the retofit for the dcc suspensions
I did such retrofitting!
1.You need to install the front left sensor.
2. Switch the front right sensor to 14 addresses
3. Change/upgrade the rear right sensor or remove it and install the rear right sensor!
4. Install three vibration sensors

HI guys .... can someone help me ... I need dataset for headlight range module for T6 multivan, for ODIS .... this is urgent since my car is now out of order, and I have plans to travel during the weekend ...

On have purchased this loom from kufatec, can someone point me in the direction of where the white wires go? BCM I'm guessing

If you go to Kufatec website and put your order number in it will give you instructions.

@Robert i have followed your wiring table and worked it through on the wiring diagrams (so that i can understand what i am doing) and the only thing i couldnt work out looking at the H7 and LED diagrams was using pin 5 and 3 from the old diagram. Could you show me where pin 3 is the negative for the DRL/sides/indicator and where pin 5 is the negative for low and high beam (my head has started to hurt!). Once I've got my head around that i think i am good to get started. Great work by the way (from the 58 pages it has clearly helped lots of us). Thanks Paul

Hello everybody
thank you for this retrofit full of information
I installed the LED headlights and coded it works
but
at 55-Headlight Range I have a rear sensor fault
I tested 12 & 25 ok 11 & 10 ok return voltage 6 & 7 ok
Should I change the controller to 6r0 907 357C /z08?
I don't have the MDF light & vision?
thank you for the pleasure of the retofit
gerry

Should I change the controller to 6r0 907 357C /z08?
First of all adjust your module 55 coding to:
0FCA020001000000
I don't have the MDF light & vision?
It is normal, it vanishes from the menu if you have a "serious" DTC in module 55.

Have you checked this?
This might be useful for some retro-fitters;)

Headlight range control module 6R0 907 357 C is used on number of other VAG models
so just in case if anybody is going to retrofit a second hand unit,
the following coding has to be applied
RHD: 0FCE020001000000
LHD: 0FCA020001000000

plus these adaptation values
ENG100660-PWM to Level Scaling Factor Front: -5.20 mm/%
ENG103748-PWM to Level Scaling Factor Rear: -5.60 mm/%

Security access key is 20103 or 96428 or 15284

Hi everyone,
I'm looking at doing the retrofit and looking around there are a few sets available but they don't come with the modules, where are people getting them from??
Thanks

@Robert @Pauly for the range control module I presume pin 24 is earth. Where did you earth it to?
Secondly the earth from the headlights on the led is 2.5 whilst my loom has 1.5 does this need changing and if so how did you do it? Pictures below. Thanks

Yes, pin 24 is the negative connection for the module, i use the factory earth stud located in the footwell by the bonnet release handle (remove the handle and fold the edge of the carpet back and you will be able to see it)

It shows as 2.5 on the LED diagrams but as your connecting onto the standard loom you are effectively extending a 1.5 cable so i wouldnt worry about it

I’m mid retrofit and have come across an issue. I am meant to use pins 18 and 19 on plug b of the Bcm for the range control module but there are already pins in them! Can anyone help? @Pauly @mmi @Robert
