How quick are the guys at Brook Meadow at responding to emails? I emailed them a booking request 3 hours ago and not heard back. Am I just being an impatient bar steward?

small reception / office, occasionally staffed.

so if you get a reply within 7 days your lucky.

the site say 80 units full capacity,

and they like 50+ units to call the camping field full.

if we don't get enough numbers they will section off the site and offer a portion of it to the general public. - which is not ideal.

we started off in the corner years ago, and have grown over the years to now, fill the whole field.

we need to do the same this year again. . . . . or we will only get say half of it.


so everyone need to book a ticket and get involved . . . . . .

That would be great @Bav if you fancy sharing the joy. Last year I just fired the oven up Thursday and Friday as it all gets too time-consuming, and there’s pizza on-site on the Saturday.

Just paid Brook Meadow the remaining for this. They’ve put us on grass electric pitch A4 in the main camping field. Is this the right area? It does have our # for the summer camp down. Looking forward to it! We will be there Thurs-Mon
