Looking at your pictures above they sit exactly the same. It’s just mine is lower. If yours was lower they would sit exactly the same.
unfortunately the only way to cure that rubbing on the door card is a lower profile tyre. Not ideal if your T32 and want a 103.
Im pretty sure someone else here has got those door cards although tight it worked.

Cheers mate..
I'm not sure if I'm right in doing this but I got a straight piece of wood as suggested before, and if I hold it vertically upto the arch both sides are identical, but if I hold it horizontally and slide the wood to the front of the van and measure to the bodywork the side that rubs is sticking out 10mm further than the other side.

From what you’ve said, I’d get it Hunter aligned!?

It's currently lowered 65mm on the crs stainless koni/h&r setup..
Same brother!

@T6ARF not great pictures mate and it's filthy, but gives you an idea..View attachment 95597View attachment 95598View attachment 95599View attachment 95600View attachment 95601View attachment 95602

All the first pictures are Goodyear 255/45r18 and the second pictures are michelin 235/55r18.
Smoked chrome looks so good on a black van!

New side LED indicators too?

Thank you, its difficult to choose the right colour, I was tempted by chrome because @Tourershine looks spot on.
What colour have you gone for? And what size tyres are you getting?

Had to treat myself after the stress of these tyres ;)
It is difficult to foresee what colour will go best and like you I was gonna go for chrome, but on a reflex silver van.... not sure? So I’ve gone for BMW Ferric Grey and will get 255/45 Goodyear Eagle F1’s.... should look very similar to yours I hope.... they looked mint!

@T6ARF cheers mate.. BMW Ferric Grey was my original choice and then found a random picture of the smoke chrome and thought I would risk it.
They are the tyres I had fitted yesterday, got them for £110 each on camskill.

Anodic black new duchy colour.. own up who’s are these?
I’m trying to get him to do another custom colour set but he isn’t sold on the idea. Yet.

Please all don’t forget to check your insides of your tyres...

I’ve had a full Hunter alignment done.. although this wasn’t on steels only after I changed for steels I’ve chewed through one side of a rear tyre in under 1K miles! Im keeping an eye on them now and it’s going back in January to be checked.
