VW All-in plan?
Go to your nearest dealer and sit in front of their desk until they explain? No idea what the issue(s) is and have had no luck emailing/calling them to find out why but I have tried twice in the last week to purchase the All-in plan online and both times it goes through, I get an agreement number and both times an email comes through a few minutes later saying it has been cancelled

It's ridiculous that you can't set them up in advance, especially now they have removed the van inspections.Hopefully got to the bottom of the issues with the All-In plan being cancelled twice
Spoke to two helpful ladies at VW Wolsey Van centre in Ipswich (where I bought the van) and discovered that the reason it was cancelled was because the van still had the remainder of the breakdown cover that is provided when you buy an approved used van.
My van was 3 yrs and a week old so didn’t qualify for the 1year warranty/breakdown - vans over 3 years old get 6 months warranty and 6 months breakdown.
I bought the van on 14 June so technically still has 8 days warranty and 8 days breakdown cover and the All-in plan small print says to be eligible the van can’t have a current warranty or service plan
I have to try again on the 15th December so will report back then.
Yup! I had the same issue. Our original warranty ran out whilst we were in Portugal, I wanted to setup the All In plan before we went, so it started when the original ran out, so there was no break in cover. Nope, nada, niet!! I tried everything, dealer, VWCS, VWFS. They all blamed each other, but “computer says no” sh1te!!It's ridiculous that you can't set them up in advance, especially now they have removed the van inspections.
hello - did you find an answer to the timing belt/water pump question please? (ie: did it impact the VW warranty if done by an indy garage)The extended warranty offered to me in Nov was £455 for 12 months so this deal looks infinitely better. I did not extend but I am seriously considering this. I might book in for the inspection and see what they say as I would also like to seek clarification over their position on the non OEM suspension and wheels in regards to the warranty. I would also like to know their position on the timing belt and water pump as I don’t plan on having it done by VW when my van is 4 years old later this year.
I should clarify - not just work but major stuff like cambelt/pumpThankyou. I’m wondering what the deal is with getting Indy work done whilst under the plan.
