VW CXEB engine manual

Hello... i'm gonna overhaul my cxeb engine and need a workshop manual for all the bolt tourqe and boresizes and bearing clearances etc..

I can not seem to download the file under the downloads tab...

Can I find the manual somewhere? (if its free would be great, on a tight budget )
