My fitting above the rad was also too looseThat’s odd as I got mine from Transporter HQ and it came with the fixings. Still it doesn’t fit as snug as I would like to and my OCD went through the roof trying to get it to fit perfectly. I even swapped out the fitting that fits above the rad as it’s just not good enough for me, way too loose.
I took the trim clip out and put a real plug and black screw in. Certainly doesn’t move at all now.My fitting above the rad was also too loose
I fitted a thicker trim clip instead of the one that was supplied and fits spot on now

Dont bolt it down to front scuttle, just use a plastic rivetOk so how these these fit, seems quite a poor fit
2 slots at the top that could conceivably just go around the 2 bolts that stick down but they don’t seem to attach anywhere?
1 bolt through the washer filler
1 bolt (probably need to add a rivnut? Into the front scuttle?
not easy to remove though if I need to check the oil !!!!
