Side-bar fitting query
Hi I got brand new t6 swb and purchased side bars from eBay. Comes with two side bars and for big black brackets with two holes in each bracket to affix to the van. Now school boy questions I can't work out how to fit. I assume the plastic under skirting has got to come off??? Any one else got...
Bought an RCD-360+ radio from Travelin-Lite on Sunday which arrived on Tuesday and I fitted today, takes no time at all to fit (a torx tool and narrow bladed screwdriver) & I'm pleased I've now got Apple Carplay with a decent screen for sat nav.
Was thinking of one of these myself, how’s the radio reception? as I know you lose the dab but is it worth it ?
Reception is good and sound is better than the old VW unit. My phone is unlimited data so if i want any other station I use the internet like BBC Sounds.
I've been considering one of these for the Polo, but keep thinking the lack of DAB and radio station display would annoy me. The car is mostly used for very short trips, so I don't want the faff of connecting the phone and navigating apps just for a quick blast of Ken Bruce.

@AJN25 a bit awkward , maybe its just me being useless, had a mate with a lift, although it was prob as easy doing them on the ground, bit of cutting to do to the undertrays, the brackets took a bit of manipulation as well to keep some seperation from the sill.
id have thought £60 would be plenty to pay someone to fit
@kristof46 id be keen to see what you think of it, been looking at their website, some good ideas, did you order for both sides
I've just ordered the one left side for now as I need some storage ASAP, will be getting the other side and the floor to go with in the new year.

Did you get any replies to this? I just bought a S+S windscreen cover and it doesn’t fit my T6 mirrors.
I’ve been in email contact and at first they thought my van must be a T6.1 (it’s not). They say it fits plenty of T6s properly.
